Shipping Policy – Vrek Lekker Online Orders
 

Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Mondays to Thursdays.
Please allow 3–4 working days for production before your order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 working days, depending on the courier.
You will receive a waybill number or tracking link once your package has been dispatched.

Courier & Parcel Queries

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
Once your tracking link has been sent, all courier-related queries (delivery delays, parcel tracking, address changes, etc.) must be directed to The Courier Guy directly.
Vrek Lekker cannot speed up or reroute parcels once they are with the courier.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please send us a clear photo immediately upon opening your package.
If damage is confirmed, we will send out a replacement.
Cash refunds are not offered for damaged goods.

Important Notes

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays.

• Free shipping applies on orders over R1000.

• Standard shipping rates of R80–R150 apply to orders under R1000.

• Vrek Lekker is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.
