At Vrek Lekker, every order is freshly prepared and packed with care. To help you plan your delivery, please read the lead time and courier guidelines below.

1. Lead Time (Production Time Before Shipping)

Our lead time is 2–4 business days, depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Stock availability

  • Seasonal demand

This excludes courier transit time.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you directly before we begin processing your order.

 

2. Delivery Date Requests

If you need your order by a specific date, you may:

  • Select a preferred delivery date at checkout (if available), OR

  • Add your preferred date in the notes section

We always do our best to meet your requested date, but please remember:

⭐ We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the parcel is with The Courier Guy, as courier delays are outside our control.

 

3. When Will I Receive My Order?

Once your order has been processed and handed to The Courier Guy, transit time is 1–4 business days, depending on your area.

Main Regions (e.g., major cities):
Usually 1–2 business days

Regional & Outlying Areas:
Usually 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes apply Monday–Friday only.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a waybill number or tracking link the moment your parcel has been book for collection.

You can track your order directly on their website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the system to update. 
For any issues after dispatch, please contact:

Please ensure your phone number is correct — this is how the courier will contact you upon delivery.

Once your parcel is handed over to The Courier Guy:

  • Transit delays are possible

  • We cannot reroute, speed up, or change delivery details

  • We are not responsible for courier handling, delays, or missed delivery windows

By placing an order, you understand that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

5.Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Take a clear photo immediately upon opening

  • Report it to us within 24 hours

  • We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible

6. Heat & Storage Warning

Our products are heat-sensitive.
Please collect your parcel promptly and store all fudge in a cool, dry place.
